I have been designing since 1998

I am Cathy Daniel, Eagle Dancing Designs, and I have been working with and learning the systems of the web since 1998 when I published The Awakening Center's Website. It has gone through many changes as we all have.

The name Eagle Dancing Designs was born when I received my screen name “eagledancing”. Have you ever seen an eagle riding the winds? To me, that is the eagle dancing. Here is some information from this site http://www.thewildrose.net/eagle_dance.html below::

Eagle Dance
The eagle is considered a sacred and symbolic bird because of its ability to fly so high. Therefore, it is believed that it has the power to move between heaven and earth. The Native Americans have always regarded the eagle as having supernatural powers, especially to control rain and thunder. Because of this belief, many tribes such as the Iroquois, Comanche, Iowa and Midwestern Calumet have traditionally performed the Eagle Dance when divine intervention was needed for rain believing the eagle would carry up their requests to the gods.

And I believe we all are "eagles dancing" when we do what makes our hearts sing.
